Data-bearing media
Storage media may require special handling, return, sanitization, physical destruction, or downstream partner processing. Sentinel claims a sanitization or destruction event only when it is documented for that job.
Certification claims
Unless explicitly documented in a job-specific agreement, Sentinel describes its certifications exactly as they stand. End-of-life recycling and destruction may be routed through qualified downstream partners.
Restricted materials
CRT displays, leaking/swollen batteries, chemicals, medical devices with patient data, classified/government media, and hazardous materials require prior written approval or may be refused.
